Wayne Garner

Wayne Garner served as a State Senator for 13 years where he presided as President Pro Tempore as well as Senate Majority Leader. During that time, Mr. Garner chaired the Senate Committee on corrections and was appointed to the Georgia Board of Pardons and Parole, where he served as Chairman. Mr. Garner served as Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Corrections for 5 years while also presiding as a close confidant of administration to U.S. Senator Zell Miller. Mr. Garner is currently the President of the Garner Group, a governmental affairs firm, conducting business in Georgia, Alabama, and Washington, D.C. As a lifetime resident of Georgia, Mr. Garner is committed to continued success at Georgia's State Capitol, the southeast region and Washington D.C.

Brandon Malwitz

Brandon Malwitz began his career in governmental relations in 2005 and became partner in 2007 before acting as Vice- President of Governmental Affairs. Currently, Brandon specializes in public safety and corrections issues. Brandon has secured funding for major public safety projects in Georgia while successfully building public-private partnerships with various state agencies of the executive branch in the State of Georgia. Through his extensive knowledge in appropriations, Brandon lobbied successfully to secure funding for prison expansion projects and helped secure multiple contracts for various public safety clients on the state and local levels of government. Brandon maintains strong relationships with key decision makers within the legislative and executive branch as well as local government leaders.
